Fran offers to look after dog Chester. Whilst she is walking him in Central Park someone kidnaps him From Season 5 Episode 4, Fransom. C. C s dog Chester is kidnapped while under Fran s care. C. C. goes on TV and offers a 20, 000 reward to whoever finds the kidnapper.
