CASA as a Tool to Detect Advanced Male Infertility

At IIRFT, the embryology certificate course is being taught to students who want to become a successful infertility expert. CASA (computer assisted semen analysis) is a technique to detect the advanced male parameters which are included in the complete semen analysis are: Volume of semen ejaculation, Concentration of sperm, Motility (movement of sperm percentage), pH (the acidity of the fluid) and Morphology (appearance of the sperm). Besides this, volume concentration of alpha glycosidase, fructose and others parameters also hands on and procedures about CASA technique at our institute IIRFT.
