GALADRIELS SONG Song of Eldamar ( Rachel Hardy and Timothy Shortell)

My friend TimothyShortellMusic and I wrote this song years ago but never got around to releasing it, so we decided to give it a fresh mix and finally put it out into the world. The lyrics are from Tolkien s The Fellowship of the Ring, one of my favorite books; Galadriel s Song of Eldamar is such a beautiful poem about longing and loss from the perspective of Galadriel as she laments her inability to return to Eldamar and its perpetual springtime. Coincidentally, Rings of Power (Season 2 Episode 2) dropped a song using the same poem a few days later, titled Gilgalads song.
