Why didn t rockstar make the new GTA 5 look this good

This graphics mod is combination of GTA V Remastered, LA Revo 2. 0 5Real, QuantV, ENB and NVE. Since I started editing GTA 5 I have been tweaked and reworked it so many times that it s impossible for me to do a tutorial or tell you how I got to where I am right now in terms of graphics quality.
