In this video Iana will show an exercise to develop strength, balance and flexibility, as well as a lighter version of famous Turkish drop. We will NOT do an actual full drop, so if you are extremely scared of this injuryrisky trick, you still can approach this drill as a preparation tool, but make sure you are listening to your body and don t push beyond your capabilities.
