Our Present Practice is a new series that I base on the inspiration I find when flowing to my favorite musical artists live. In this episode I share practice space with Matt Spencer or Octopod. He s been the musical inspiration of my hoop lifetime. He s been in a partnership with my sister for 11 years and in that time I ve seen his appreciation of every mus
