Breathing in through the nose, exhaling through the mouth, and if thoughts came along in the process, which is absolutely normal, I just brushed them like a notification on my phone and returned to breathing. I noticed an interesting fact, the more difficult it is for me to focus my thoughts, the more effective the result after meditation and the difference in wellbeing is noticeable from the first minute.
