, 800mtraining, trackandfield 800m training should be focused on building endurance, training at your vo2max and improving your lactate tolerance. This video covers some of the main tactics I have used to set new personal bests on and off the track. My goal is to share with you some of the fundamentals you can use to run faster over 800m. 800m workouts should be revolved around running around 95 to 100 percent of your maximum heart rate. The 800 meter track and field event is a highly aggressive and anaerobic event that requires speed, stamina and strength.
