Bluffton Teachers Flash Mob Dance ( A Staff that Cares About Their Students)

Coach Casey Kolkman gives life lesson speech at home coming pep rally at Bluffton High School. Following the speech (3:40) a large portion of the staff break into a flash mob dance that had been kept a secret from students. Hours and hours of practice went into preparing the dance for the students, and all the staff did a great job.
