La mairie de Paris inaugure la première colocation pour séniors LGBT+
Au cours de la quinzaine des fiertés, la ville de Paris et les associations Grey Pride et Basiliade ont inauguré la première colocation pour séniors LGBT+. Une première en France La capitale a mis en place un logement social de la régie immobilière de la ville de Paris (RIVP) à disposition des associations Grey Pride et Basiliade afin de promouvoir une colocation pour séniors LGBT+ dans le 9eme arrondissement. Un projet qui répond à un besoin très spécifique à Paris. Le vieillissement des personnes LGBT+ parisiennes sont particulièrement touchées par la solitude et l invisibilisation au regard des autres personnes âgées. Alors que les chiffres recensant la communauté gay sont difficiles à évaluer parmi le vieillissement de la population, l avancée en âge des babyboomers voit émerger de nouveaux besoins pour les séniors homosexuels.
