I was extremely glad to see that the city of Helen, GA decided to have SoWo back for it s 8th year. SoWo has really become one of the premiere events in the US and it would be a shame to see it destroyed by careless and immature people. I want to thank the Helen Police department for keeping things under control, but at the same time letting some fun to remain.
