Even though I have learned this form before long time ago, I decided to relearn the whole Tiger Crane Fist form again from Shifu AhKeong. Shifu said that during the time when he and his fellow kung fu mates learned this form, they tried to follow and based their form closely to the original Tiger Crane Fist manual written by Hung Gar legend and grandmaster, Lam Sai Wing, 林世荣. This is the 11th emptyhand form taught to me by Shifu Ahkeong. I have therefore chosen this beautiful place of Chinese Garden Singapore to showcase the tradmark hand form of the Hung Kuen system.
