WA government policy banning ACL doesnt pass the pub test

The Australian Christian Lobbys WA Director Peter Abetz says the state governments policy to not hire out venues to political dissidents doesnt pass the pub test. This isnt acceptable legally, and it just doesnt pass the pub test to say that, if you dont agree with the views of the West Australian government youre not allowed to hire a venue thats just outrageous, he told Sky News host Chris Kenny. Were hopeful that common sense will prevail because, right across the political spectrum, theres been absolute outrage.
