The MOST RELAXED Body Posture
This is a short workout based on a body posture exercise called the Neutral Stance. See this more detailed video also: Mostly this is a lying down workout, but we are trying to find the same structure both standing up and lying down. The Neutral Stance is the natural position your body would find if it were floating in space and could achieve total relaxation. This means it is the most relaxed position for your body. However here in gravity we have to do some work to hold it. It is the central point from which we can move in all directions evenly. Disclaimer: Body Efficiency Training is my own personal practice.
