Various shots of soldiers from New Zealand ( Sons of the Empire ) that have come over to Britain to fight in the Second World War arriving at their home from home in the Strand. Soldiers, sailors and nurses are given New Zealand apples, tickets for a sightseeing tour of London, and drinks and buns. They can read Kiwi newspapers and write letters home.
