THIS ONE IS A MUST 15 MINUTES OF THIGHS. Inner Outer Thighs including also your calves. I know many many girls have been asking me to creat a workout like this. Its gonna burn I am using ankle weights here for a bigger burn. Each side 2 kg, 4, 4 pounds. If you dont have any, thats fine. You can do this workout without ankle weights and it works as good as with. I included some new exercises which I havent been using before and I just enjoy these 15 Min. so much that Ive been doing this workout on every legday already. . its been a week.
