Koreltsak, Maelztrom ( US) Amidst Eternal Winterwar 2021 split

Under the banner of Dismal Ruin this two US entities converge to praise death. Koreltsak with his trademark raw black metal with Japanese fusion. He sprays all other with his magnificent guitar driven melodies. His last track, the third is one of his best. I can envision myself rushing towards the enemy to my certain death but in a grand style. Also must point out for those who love acoustic guitar the tremolo really nice technique. As for the Maelztrom side it starts as dark ambient melody but turns after the first minute and half into an atmospheric one then goes back again to dark ambient and around the fifth minute finally calls the big guns and roams into raw territory until the twelfth minutes that goes back to a dark ambient outro. The ambient, drone sections are pure magical cosmic ones, really beautiful stuff. The raw section is as damaging and as possible with demonically fast drumming, echoing vocals, and guitar in the background mostly to fill the void.
