Traumatic content such as hate speech, porn and brutal violence are just some of the topics this Facebook content moderator was faced with on a daily basis. We hear from a man who explains how Facebook moderating finally took a toll on his mental health. During his time at Facebook, he had to make complex moral decisions in mere seconds and only after he left the company, did he realize how profoundly it had impacted him when he was diagnosed with PTSD. He now has a lawsuit pending against Facebook for the treatment.
