Joe Dangler the H Handler a. k. a Abdullah the Btch Ruler believe it or not Joe Dangler is inspired by an actual person. Some years ago I use to work with the person who inspired this story. We used to enjoy listening to him telling his dating life. I don t know for sure if he was telling the truth or just embellishing his life.
