The Volcanic Sand Black Lava Sand are very similar in terms of texture. They are smooth tiny round balls, that are rubbed and massaged all over your body. Except the Lava Sand did seem like it was much hotter than the Volcanic Sand, I could definitely feel the intense heat on my body and it did take my body longer to get use to the heat than compared to the Volcanic Sand. You ll definitely sweat a lot during this massage therapy, but the nice thing about this Lava Sand Bath is that, they keep you cool, by dipping an ice cold towel onto your head and face every now and then.
