This song was originally cut from the Talking Heads album Naked (1988) and would remain unreleased until it appeared in the compilation album Once in a Lifetime (2003). David Byrne later remixed elements of In Asking Land to his own song Carnival Eyes from his album Rei Momo (1989). Song was written by Byrne, Frantz, Harrison and Weymouth All rights belong to Talking Heads
