Crunchy Apple Pie with oatmeal. No flour, no sugar Very rich and HEALTHY be my friend on: Ingredients: 2 cups ground oats, oat flour 4 eggs 35 tbsp erithritol or other sweetner (to taste) 1 tsp vanilla flavor 80 g melted butter 1 1, 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 100 g chopped walnuts 150 g dried fruits ( I use raisins and cranberries) 23 diced apples Baking tin 20 cm Bake 180C 50 minutes Method: 1. Mix together: 4 eggs, 35 tbsp of erithritol, 1 tsp of vanilla flavor and 80 g of melted butter 2. Add 2 cups of ground oat flakes, 1 1, 2 tsp of baking powder and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Mix well. 3. Layer the ingredients in a baking tin lined with baking paper as shown in the video. 4. Bake 180C 50 minutes.
