Incredible Ninja rat uses kick fighting moves to escape rattlesnake

A group of scientists have released footage capturing the incredible moves kangaroo rats use to fight rattlesnakes in their natural habitat in the Sanoran Desert of Yuma, Arizona. The highspeed video recordings prompted the scientists to call these little animals ninja rats. The footage proves that kangaroo rats are able to avoid venom injections, even when bitten, by using a midair kick to push the snake away.
