Video captures woman accused of luring child, impersonating CPS worker

A Norwood family said they were suspicious of a woman who came to their house and told them she was a CPS employee and someone had filed a complaint against them. When they checked surveillance footage, they said they saw the woman trying to convince their son to get in her car.
