Hana karuta (hana fuda) means flower cards, traditional Japanese card game. The twelve types of cards symbolize seasons. A daughter waits for her father s return for a year, wishing the four seasons pass quickly. Created by Honoka at San Francisco State University in 2016 as part of Campus MovieFest, the worlds largest student film festival.
