A massive explosion rocked the city of Wilmington, North Carolina on Tuesday. Officials say a car crashed into a buildings gas line. Video shows moments after a car lost control during a turn and crashed into Eastern Carolina Veterinary Medical Center, about 7 miles east of the citys scenic Riverwalk.
