The 10 Minute balance killer Double Bassdrum Warmup
Hi Im a Portuguese drum student and I just wanted to share a simple 10 minute double bassdrum (or double pedal) warmup exercise routine that I go through before shows or practice, recording sessions. These exercises are also good for double bassdrum endurance prep, or even fast double bassdrum, as they improve your balance.
