Powered by Restream here is my amendment for ED: a) Manifesto Proposal by Graham Moore to amend English Democrats Manifesto, to insert section and with their respective text highlighted in red. 2. 13. 9 The English Democrats respect the right of victims of crime to defend themselves and their property against criminals. The English Democrats would extend the right of selfhelp. The individuals Right to Bear Arms in selfdefence of ones person, home and property, any defensive weapon that one can afford. Firearms: Police Chief Constables shall issue concealed carry and open carry permits of all types of firearms (except full auto). This includes all Calibres, Semi Auto, Revolvers, Pistols, short and long rifles. This is contained within the English Bill of Rights 1688, Declaration of Rights 1688 and by Convention thereof. It has not, nor can it, be repealed. Therefore, it stands as a right that cannot be infringed by any Governmen
