Hi This is the promo of Documentary that I made on DURGA the goddess of strength, in Indian mythology. This film mainly revolves round the artisans who make such exquisite idols from lumps of clay and yet they remain unsung heroes. It covers every details of such scientific and painstaking methodology. This film also tells about the story of DURGA. How and why was she created by gods of heaven. It talks about the mythological story demon king Mahisasura who had taken over the heaven and tortured the gods. Out of desperation they created DURGA to combat him. The film connects wth the sentiments of Bengali community of India when it comes to celebrating DURGA PUJA (worship) annually. Every bengali grows up celebrating this event althroughout their lives.
