Alright today we re going over how to turn any shoulder workout into a winner Last time I trained delts I was exhausted so I assumed I was going to have little to no soreness but I woke up the next morning and was blown away. I hadn t been this sore in a long time and it s all because I did some exercises my body wasn t used to and focused on connecting with the muscle.
