1000 Strikes An Endurance and Stamina Exercise
For swordfighting you need many skills like technical accuracy, capacity of reaction, speed, mobility and strength as well as good endurance combined with effective movement to save energy. In this exercise you try to manage 1000+ strikes in about 15 minutes. If this feels like it s too much for you, just start with a goal of 500 or 750 strikes. Alternatively, increase your goal even more for a bigger challenge. But either way, stick to the 15 minutes.
