Twelfth Night (1910) full film

An incredibly ambitious early attempt to fit as much of Shakespeare s Twelfth Night into 10 minutes as possible. Featuring performances from Florence Turner, playing a perky Viola, and Charles Kent, effortlessly epitomising Malvolios pomposity. The surviving version presented here is slightly incomplete, containing 735ft of footage out of the originals 970ft.
