The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new video from Ason Teva. Chromajen comes off the Israeli artists forthcoming EP, Bypass which is out this week on Confused Machines. Hebrew for natural disaster, Ason Teva is a new project by Tel Avivbased producer Assaf Bloom, previously active within the duo Plazmot. A musician whose always sought out the points of interaction between popular and experimental forms, Bypass demonstrates his ability to find expression in both retroesque and abstract electronics, utilizing condensed structures alongside leftfield excursions. The result is a powerful release that traverses experimental, club forms and beyond for a strikingly current tale of a confused world.
