Endless Skies is the second album of Alconaut mixing the traditional elements of stoner, doom, prog rock and folk. the band after Sand Turns to Tide tends on this album towards something softer depicting a nocturnal space atmosphere and letting you travel through the cosmos to find rest and redemption. Nevertheless on this album we can find energetic musical parts between thrash and heavy as they know so well how to do it on their previous albums like Slugs or Gelmir s Path. The trio offers you in the middle of the album three songs with a more progressive structure than the rest of the album, the tracks Ascending form the backbone of the album and its concept is centered on the atmosphere of these songs.
