TRADITIONAL DISH TJVJIK COOKED IN WHITE WINE( BEEF LIVER, KIDNEY AND HEART)
What s up friends, I want to share a special traditional Armenian dish, which also has many years of history in our culture. This dish can also be made in few other ways, I used white wine this time which gives great flavor, and of course the seasoning and lot of onions make things way better. For the seasoning I used salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, savory, crushed pepper, and garlic. I also used pork fat which also adds great flavor.
