Brief shots of a race meeting in the 1920s, contrasted with scenes at a racecourse in 1938 (presumably), concentrating on the ladies fashions. We then see women walking about in a city street wearing fashionable coats of the day, contrasted with several studio shots of women modelling Victorian clothes day dresses and swimsuits, evening dresses and various styles of hats. We the see an Edwardian dress for a garden party with a feather boa, and a fashionable beaver hat from the same era 2 feet across and weighing 2 lbs Then some fashions from the 1920s.
