Starmer Marsh Family parody adaptation of Starman by David Bowie about the UK Labour leader

The iconic Starman was the lead single (recorded and release in 1972) on the late, great, David Bowies album The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars though it was actually a late addition to the album. The idea was a message of hope coming to Earths youth from an alien. We dunno where a message of hope is coming from these days, and as the lyrics suggest, there certainly hasnt really been one fully mapped out yet by the Labour Party who are currently leading in the UK polls in a General Election year. In fact, we dont even know when the General Election is going to be. But were hoping both parties dont wallow in a cesspit of negative messaging and actually put forward a vision for the future that is more than platitudes or selfevident clichés.
