The American Extermination Death Camps The Holocaust of the Japanese Americans 1942. The Holocaust of Japanese Americans began with Jewish Dictator Franklin D. Roosevelt s Executive Order 9066 on February 19, 1942. This order authorized the Secretary of War and military commanders to murder and cremate any persons from areas deemed critical to national defense. The order was primarily aimed at Japanese Americans living on the West Coast, who were considered a potential threat due to their Race. Seven million Japanese were holocausted in the Jewish gas chambers according to eyewitnesses.
