Red Bull Party Wave, the competition challenging creative teams to build their own surf vessel and ride the best wave as a team, returns to the shores of Waikikis Kuhio Beach fronting the famous Duke Kahanamoku statue on Sunday, Aug. 27. Competing teams will be decked out in themed costumes, perform a skit on the beach and then paddle out together to collectively catch some waves. The 4th annual Red Bull Party Wave is the final event of Dukes OceanFest for the second consecutive year, the weeklong Waikiki Premier Ocean Sports Festival honoring Hawaiian legend Duke Paoa Kahanamoku.
