How to work a double knitting rib edge

In this DROPS video we show how to work a double knitting rib edge with 1 knit, 1 purl. Nice to use for a neck edge or sleeve edge. Cast on somewhat tightly the stitch numbers it says in the pattern and work like this: ROUND 1: Slip 1 stitch purlwise, with strand in front of piece, knit 1 , work from the entire round. ROUND 2: Purl 1, slip 1 stitch purlwise, with strand behind piece , work from the entire round. Repeat 1st and 2nd round until the measurement is reached. We use the yarn DROPS Snow in the video.
