Queen Victoria statue toppled in Canada over deaths of indigenous children
Protesters in Manitoba have pulled down a statue of Queen Victoria outside the state legislature as outrage grows over the discovery of unmarked graves belonging to indigenous children sent to the countrys notorious residential schools. A smaller statue of Elizabeth II was also toppled on the east side of the grounds.
