US dismisses Ukrainian biolabs claim filed by Russia at UNSC

The UNSC convened a meeting at Russias request to discuss alleged US biological laboratories in Ukraine and the fact that the American representative dismissed all of Moscows claims without any explanation comes as no surprise. Caleb Maupin has the highlights of the meeting.
