A 1964 cartoon from the Soviet Union about a superheroic officer whose great stature is only matched by his even greater dedication to helping his people. From Soyuzmultfilm, directed by Ivan Aksenchuk and adapted from the children s poem by Sergei Mikhailkov. The subtitles are based on a quick linebyline translation of the poem that does not attempt to preserve meter or rhyme.
