Follow me for a fun noequipment 10 minute Inner Thigh Toning Workout. 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest, 5 exercises 2x. 1) Floor Drag, alternating sides 2) Samurai Slides, alt sides 3) Sumo Calf Raises 4) Left Side Plank Knee Squeeze 5) Right Side Plank Knee Squeeze repeat the circuit 2 times with no additional rest between Grab two rag, towels to slide on the floor and add optional dumbbells if you like. First round I do it with no weights and add weights on the second round. If you are more advanced add a 3rd round use weights for the whole thing.
