A montage of Indian street food. Shot in the back alleys of Old Delhi, including Gali Paranthe Wali and bits of the spice, nut markets. Early Dec, 2010. Mostly fried bread (great Aloo Nan cooking shot) of one kind or another. The final curry starter shot is also I shot a large portion this walking alone early on the 3rd day in Delhi. What a morning. There are cold Chicago days on the train when I close my eyes and rewalk this entire route in my head. Ah
