Fort Worth Police Department Corporal Jim Burnett pursues a stolen car; police helicopter, equipped with nightvision camera, joins in the chase. Pursuit continues over streets, through parks, and finally ends when the car crashes into a natural gas line. With the aid of the helicopter, suspect is captured and cuffed. Neighborhood residents are evacuated while the gas line break is dealt with.
