80 min Yin Yoga Class, A Time to Just Be
Hello friends, I am sharing an 80 minute yin yoga practice filmed at my local, lovely yoga studio, Amana Yoga. I hope that on this New Year s day, you can find some time to let go of striving, goal making and doing to allow yourself to just be. As is. Goals are important; however, we often get caught up in the yang nature of overdoing and the thought of I will only be happy when I lose 10 lbs, make more money, get a Spending time in a deeply meditative practice, like yin yoga, may help you realize you are already whole and that happiness is a state of mind you can choose. Give yourself permission to slow down. Go inside. Balance the yang with some yin.
