Kristy Jo is a Certified Personal Trainer, certified Dance Judge for the State of Utah, and a dance teacher of over 15 years. She coaches clients online to more strategic nutrition, fitness, and mindset choices each day, and trains clients inperson in nutrition consulting and personal training at the Jewish Community Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is an active dance judge and regularly teaches and takes adult hip hop, contemporary, jazz, and free style classes.
