Because of you I pushed myself to create this unique masterpiece. The Rise of Minonan by Thony Loui. This artwork depicts the world of voodoo from Haiti. The characters in this piece represent the 21 nations in Haitian voodoo. Haiti was the worlds first Black Republic and earned its freedom in 1804 when slaves decided to revolt against Napoleons powerful French army. However, Haiti is now very socially divided, preventing the countrys unified path forward.
