William Kanengiser plays Spring Snow by Gerald Garcia

Here I m playing my solo arrangement of Gerald Garcia s setting of two traditional Chinese songs, Spring Snow and Winter on Yellow Mountain (he originally composed it for LAGQ s Beijing debut in 2008). Gerald really captures the sound of the pi pa and erhu in this lovely version, and I speak about it with my friend Guy Traviss who lovingly filmed it in the artist s studio at the legendary West Dean Guitar Festival in West Sussex, England.
